Where is the spa located? 

130 South Main Street, Suite 100, Greenville SC 29601. We are located on Main Street, in the same building as M Judson.

How do I get into the spa?

You can access our lobby from Main Street on each side of the staircase of the M Judson building, or down either staircase in the M Judson front lobby.

Where should I park?

There are four spots at the back of the building that are 2 hour parking spots, they are first come first serve. Some other options are: 2 hour street parking and the Poinsett garage located directly behind our building.

How early should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This ensures time to use the facilities and relax in our lounge before you service.

What do I need to know before my appointment?

Please be sure to fill out your intake forms prior to arrival. This gives your provider time to review the forms before your appointment.

How do I tip?

We include 20% gratuity at checkout when you pay for your service.

What is your cancellation or change policy?

All changes and cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you risk being charged the full amount of the service(s) booked. Members enjoy the privilege of a 24 hour Cancellation Policy.
